This policy describes how email is sent from the Jaspermail platform, the standards we hold ourselves to, and what recipients can expect from newsletters delivered through this infrastructure.

How subscriptions work

Jaspermail hosts private, invitation-only newsletters. Subscriptions originate in one of two ways:

• A subscriber signs up directly via a personal invitation link provided by the sender, confirming their wish to receive the newsletter.
• A subscriber completes a double opt-in process, where they confirm their email address before being added to any list.

There are no purchased lists, no list sharing between senders, and no cold outreach of any kind. Every address on this platform arrived through explicit, personal consent.

Unsubscribing

Every email sent through Jaspermail includes a clearly visible, functional unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes the address from the relevant list immediately and permanently. No further email is sent to that address from that sender.

We honour unsubscribe requests without delay and do not require a reason, account login, or any additional steps beyond clicking the link.

Sending practices

Newsletters sent through Jaspermail adhere to the following standards:

• Sender identity is always clearly disclosed in the From field
• Subject lines accurately reflect the content of the message
• Physical or postal contact information is included where required by law
• No deceptive headers, misleading routing information, or spoofed addresses
• Email volume is low by nature — these are personal newsletters, not bulk campaigns

Authentication and deliverability

All email sent from this domain is authenticated using SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. These records are configured and maintained to protect recipients from spoofing and to ensure legitimate mail reaches the inbox.

We monitor bounce and complaint rates and act promptly on any deliverability issues. Addresses that hard-bounce or register spam complaints are removed from sending lists.

Compliance

Email sent through Jaspermail is intended to comply with applicable anti-spam legislation including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where relevant to our senders and their subscribers. Given the personal, invitation-only nature of newsletters on this platform, the consent standard typically exceeds what these regulations require.

If you have received an unwanted email from this domain, or if you are a mail provider investigating a deliverability or abuse concern, please contact us directly. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.
